Hatfield's Ferry Power Station

Project Synopsis:

Demtech executed the controlled demolition of two massive hyperbolic cooling towers at the Hatfield's Ferry Power Station in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania. Standing at 500 and 550 feet tall, respectively, the towers were among the largest concrete structures in the region. The highly technical operation demanded extensive engineering and precision planning to ensure safe removal without disruption to surrounding infrastructure.
